DELIVERY TIMES 

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.

  • Mistakes made by USPS or any other shipping provider
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery

RETURNS

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. If you have any problem with your items, please contact us at support@thecynicofficial.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

CLOTHING EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged apparel. If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. Because we are a brand new small business, customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the return (including shipping the product back and shipping out the new product). DAMAGES

Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the product in question. Once proven the product has a fault, the product may be returned for a repair please contact us at support@thecynic.official.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern.

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Items are shipped after processing (5-7 business days) using USPS. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
